At Magnolia Record Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound; if your vinyl arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure the Vinyl
Carefully pack the records in their original protective mailer or a sturdy equivalent to ensure they are not warped or scratched during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package over any old barcodes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned media, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
